It may be that The LORD will be with me, and I shall be able to drive them out as The LORD said.” (Joshua 14:12 NKJV bible.com) Caleb was eighty five years old when he requested to take the hill country where the Anakim dwelled. Forty years earlier ten Israelite spies came to Moses with a bad report, while only two spies (Joshua and Caleb) brought a good report. The Iraelites feared the giants in the land. Joshua and Caleb believed that GOD was with them. Advancing the Kingdom takes place by spreading the Gospel Message in the midst of obstacles; pressing forward and moving onward is necessary.
